No. You set your own nanny rates and keep 100% of what you charge. Nannimoon adds a separate service fee on top, paid by the family — not deducted from your earnings. There are no upfront fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden costs for you. You simply get new international clients at zero cost.

Most agencies are fully onboarded within 2-3 weeks. This includes our vetting process, nanny profile creation, system integration, and a training session. We work at your pace and provide support at every step.

No. We provide the entire technology platform — booking system, nanny profiles, availability management, payment processing, and customer communication tools. Your team simply needs a smartphone or computer.

No. Partnerships are completely non-exclusive. Your nannies continue working through your own channels and existing clients. Nannimoon is purely additional business on top of what you already do. If you're fully booked, simply decline — there's zero obligation to accept every request.

Families pay your nanny rates through our secure platform. We handle payment processing, currency conversion, and invoicing. Your agency receives its full payment on a regular payout schedule via bank transfer. Nannimoon's service fee is charged separately to the family and does not reduce your payout.
